At TryToyrio, we know how exciting it is to wait for a new RC toy. Whether you ordered an RC car, truck, tractor, motorcycle, bus, or aircraft, we work hard to process and ship every order safely and quickly.

This Shipping Policy explains our processing times, shipping costs, tracking, customs, delays, and what to do if your package is lost.

Our goal is to make your shopping experience simple, clear, and worry-free.

Processing Time

We usually process all orders within 1–2 business days after your payment has been confirmed.

Before your order leaves our warehouse, we carefully check the order, inspect the products, pack everything securely, and prepare it for shipping.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During busy periods such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, or major sales events, processing may take a little longer. If there is a delay, we will do our best to keep you informed by email.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been shipped, most customers can expect delivery within the following estimated timeframes:

While most orders arrive within the estimated time, unexpected delays can sometimes happen. We will do our best to help you track your package and get it delivered as soon as possible.

Shipping Cost

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and the products in your order.

From time to time, TryToyrio may offer Free Shipping promotions on selected orders. If your order qualifies, the discount will be shown automatically at checkout.

You will always see the final shipping cost before completing your purchase.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with your tracking number.

You can use the tracking number to follow your package from shipment to delivery.

Please allow 12–48 hours for tracking information to appear after your order has been shipped.

Lost Packages

We understand how frustrating it can be when a package does not arrive as expected.

Depending on the result of the investigation, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.

Customs & Import Fees

For international orders, your local customs office may charge import duties, taxes, or other fees.

These charges depend on your country's rules and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

TryToyrio does not control customs fees or customs processing times.

Shipping Delays

We always do our best to deliver orders on time. However, some delays are outside our control.

Weather, customs inspections, high shipping volumes, transportation problems, and carrier delays may affect delivery times.

If your order is taking longer than expected, please contact us. We will do our best to help track your package and provide an update.

Holiday Shipping

The holiday season is often a busy time for both stores and shipping carriers.

If you are ordering an RC car, truck, tractor, motorcycle, aircraft, or other toy as a birthday or holiday gift, we recommend ordering early.

This gives your order extra time for processing and delivery.
