At TryToyrio, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please review our return, refund, and exchange policy below.
Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.
To qualify for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition as received.
- Include all original accessories, manuals, tags, and packaging.
- Be free from damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper handling.
- Include your order confirmation or proof of purchase.
To request a return, please email info@trytoyrio.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
Returns must be approved before being shipped. Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to the sender.
Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to our error, such as receiving the wrong item, a defective product, or a damaged shipment, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Please note:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
- TryToyrio is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during transit.
- Return shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our mistake.

Please do not send any returns to this address without first receiving return authorization from our customer support team.
Refund Process
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email about the status of your refund.
If your return is approved:
- Your refund will be sent to your original payment method.
- Refunds are typically issued within 10 business days after inspection.
- Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to show the refund in your account.

Shipping charges are refundable only when the return is caused by our error or a confirmed product defect.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct product exchanges.
If you would like a different RC car, truck, tractor, motorcycle, aircraft, or other product, please return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order through our website.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your order arrives:
- Damaged during shipping
- Defective or not working properly
- Missing parts or accessories
- Different from the product you ordered
Please contact info@trytoyrio.com within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos or videos showing the damage or defect
- Photos of the product packaging and shipping label, if applicable
After reviewing your claim, we may offer one of the following solutions:
- A replacement product
- A replacement part, when available
- A full refund
- A partial refund or store credit, depending on the situation
Claims submitted without enough evidence or after the reporting period may not qualify for a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final-sale items
- Personal care or hygiene products
- Perishable goods
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they are processed for shipment.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow our standard return process.
